This debut-album of the dectet "Akrostichon",founded by the young Austrian pianist and
composer Michael Lagger in 2010, reaches beyond stylistic conventions an thereby
creates a stunning musical variety. In its recent concerts the ensemble fascinated the
audience both due to the contemporary compositions and the ensemble's outstanding
musicians. This album combines Lagger's seven latest compositions to a kind of suite, that
invites the listener to an unique and exciting journey...
